Biography

Carmen was born and raised in Montana and graduated from the University of Montana with her Bachelor’s in Sociology/Anthropology. She earned her Master’s in K-12 School Counseling from Montana State University – Billings. Prior to joining WSU’s College of Education, Sport, and Human Sciences as an Academic Coordinator/Advisor, she advised undergraduate students at Montana State University. She also has multiple years of experience working in elementary and secondary school settings.

In her free time, she loves to travel and explore foreign countries as well as the woods and mountains closer to home. Some of her favorite activities include hiking, backpacking, and camping.
