Education Legacy Tree Donation Form

Your tax-deductible gift to the WSU Foundation provides support for student scholarships, faculty, and other College of Education, Sport, and Human Science priorities.

Complete the form below to submit the request for a leaf or a stone. To pay for your leaf or stone, you have two options: credit card or check.

To pay via credit card, you must do so via the WSU Foundation give page. Your donation will go towards the Education Dean’s Fund for Excellence. For a single leaf, please choose $100, for a Double Leaf, choose “Other” and type in $250, and for a Foundation Stone, choose $500. When you proceed to check out, please indicate in the comments that your gift is for the College of Education, Sport, and Human Sciences Legacy Tree and the Honoree’s Name.
