Self-Evaluation

Add-on Endorsement: Self-Evaluation

Instructions for Completing the Self-Evaluation for Adding an Endorsement

Use the respective program endorsement self-evaluation to identify the courses you’ve completed that you believe are equivalent to WSU’s requirements.  For each course, submit the following documentation to your designated WSU contact (see below):

  • Course description from the college/university catalog
  • Syllabus or other relevant materials

Once you have completed the endorsement self-evaluation along with your add-on endorsement program application a WSU representative will review your transcripts and supporting documentation to determine if the courses you listed are acceptable.

Important Notes:

  • All courses must be completed at a regionally accredited institution with a grade of “C” (2.0) or higher.
  • If you plan to take a required course at an institution other than WSU, you will need to obtain PRIOR approval from WSU before enrolling.
