The Crimson Report report is released quarterly.
Fall 2025
The fall semester brings Sport Management’s 40th anniversary. To celebrate this, the College of Education, Sport, and Human Sciences wanted to put an extra focus in this Crimson Report on highlighting the Sport Management program, its people and their successes, and the foundation the program had on them. Plus highlight a fun event Sept. 5-6.

Chuck Arnold, President of the Seattle Seahawks, is an alumnus of the Sport Management program and will be the keynote speaker for the 40th Anniversary celebration.

Spring 2025
Our dean Karen Thomas-Brown shares her message of our college progress, even during perilous times. We take a look at one stellar student, one amazing alumnus, a great WSU ROAR scholar, and top-notch faculty member. We share news from various campuses as well as the departments. And we highlight a few things coming up!
Winter 2024
In her first Crimson Fire message, Karen Thomas-Brown reflects on Thanksgiving and Giving Tuesday and the gratitude to everyone who contributes to the vitality and mission of our college. We introduce you to some of the people of whom we are so proud. We also share some of our news and events.

Crimson Report began in Winter 2024. It replaced Education News which had been the college’s e-newsletter for the past 13 years.
