Erin Voeltz

Biography

Erin joined WSU in November of 2024. Prior to coming to this university, Erin earned two bachelor’s degrees at Central Washington University, one in Business Administration and the other in Spanish. Before landing her “dream job” at WSU Vancouver, Erin worked in the private sector in a variety of customer service and administrative office positions; all experience that she feels has led her to her most valued position: that of Administrative Assistant for both the College of Education, Sport, and Human Sciences (CESHS) and the College of Agricultural, Human, and Natural Resource Sciences (CAHNRS) on the Vancouver Campus. Assisting faculty, staff and an occasional student plays to Erin’s strengths of helping others with her quick smile and “can-do” attitude.

Outside of work, Erin is mom to teenage twins, a job that keeps her running between sport practices, band and orchestra concerts, and social engagements put forth by her energetic and busy teens. Both Erin and her husband, a wildlife conservationist, cherish the time with their busy family but also look forward to the day when they can travel the world. Both Erin and her husband have spent time living and traveling in various countries and their love of other cultures, people and adventure fuel their desire to see the world. Closer to home, Erin enjoys crafting, working in her yard, reading and spending time with her little dog, Emma.
